Returns and Exchanges

At AHLO, your satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and offer a return and exchange policy for any situation where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to resolve any issue you may have with your order.

In order to process returns or exchanges efficiently, we ask that you contact our customer support team using the form on the " Contact Us " page, with a detailed description of the issue.

  • Returns Deadline: 14 days after delivery.
  • Conditions: The product must be intact and without signs of use. It must be returned in its original packaging with all original labels in perfect condition and, if applicable, with the gift items. The invoice must accompany the product.

Products Not Accepted for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons;
  • Customized products.
